Agriculture Place Development Approved by City Council

On March 18th, City Council approved the development of Agriculture Place in Regina, SK. Neighbouring to the south of FCC Tower at the corner of 11th Avenue and Hamilton Street the Class “A” office building is proposed to be 10 storeys tall. In 1992, FCC Tower was built to accommodate Farm Credit Canada’s relocation from Ottawa to Regina. Over the years, the company has expanded their operations to two other downtown buildings Conexus Plaza and Century Plaza. The new tower will provide FCC with just over 236,000 square feet of useable space and will consolidate their operations into one dual tower complex.
