Harvard Communities and its joint venture partner Forster Projects Inc. officially launched the Westerra website.  Conveniently located in west Regina, the proposed 489 acre mixed use community will combine residential, retail and professional services into one neighbourhood.

Westerra is one of only three new neighbourhoods approved for the next phase of the City of Regina’s Growth Plan.
